WE CAN MAKE A CD FROM ANY RECORD THAT YOU
ORDER!
Your record will be thoroughly cleaned on
a VPI-HW-16.5 record cleaning machine then recorded on a high quality Sony
audio CD-R, with professional equipment including a Sony RCD-W500C
burner, Pro-Ject TUBE preamp to preserve that warm vinyl sound, Harmon Kardon equalizer, Pioneer 550X turntable with a top of the line Denon moving coil cartridge
In the event that the record that you
order is in VG+, or VG condition with some light
noise in spots, we can remove the noise with Cool-Edit
software.
Your CD will Include front and back
jacket graphics and a song listing label. The cost is only 25.00-Get a copy
for your car!

HOW TO ORDER RECORDS
You can email, call, or fax your
selections to us at 770-822-1772 during normal business hours
We will confirm the availability of
your selections and advise you by return email, phone or fax with the total
of your order including postage.
You can then place your order using a
credit card, Paypal, or prepay by money order or
personal check.

Once the availability of your
selection has been confirmed, you can fax or call us at 770-822-1772 to place
your order and provide your credit card and mailing address, or you can email
your order to us at the address at the bottom of this page.
If you email your credit card
information, send the first 2 sets of numbers in one email, and the rest with the expiration date in a second email for security purposes.
If you fax, or call, be sure to
include your name as it appears on the card, card type, card number and
expiration date, your shipping address and phone number or email address, and
the title of the record(s) that you would like to purchase.
If you call and get our answering
machine, you can leave the information on the machine, it will be secure.

our confirmation of availability, then send a check or money order, made out

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
|
|
Your records are cleaned on a VPI
record cleaning machine, inserted in a clear polysleeve,
wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection, and packed in 150 lb test
mailing cartons. We ship most orders within 24 hours of receipt of your
payment or credit card number.

LP ALBUMS, 45's & 78's
Our principal shipping method is US
Postal Service Priority Mail or Media Mail
PRIORITY MAIL (2-3 days)
Priority Mail charge for shipments
over 1 lb are based on shipping zones-the distance from our warehouse in
Atlanta to you. Generally, the further you are from Atlanta, the higher the Priority Mail
charge will be-ranging from 5.25 to a maximum of 7.05 to the west coast.
Shipments weighing under 1 lb are 5.25 nationally.
Most orders for a single LP album
will weigh just under 1 lb when packed, some older
records, audiophile records and those in gatefold jackets will fall into the
2 lb category and will have to be "zoned".
When checking availability or placing
an order, please include you zip code if you plan to request Priority Mail so
that we can provide you with an accurate shipping charge when we confirm you
inquiry/order.
MEDIA MAIL (3-6 days)
Media Mail costs just 2.50 for the
first record, and .50 for each additional record nationally.
if you live in the Midwest or further
west, you might consider using Media Mail instead of Priority Mail ,as it can represent a savings of up to 50% , and it
usually takes just a few days longer
Larger orders are shipped by air or ground Parcel Post or UPS (your choice), we will determine the actual charges and advise you prior to shipment.
We can also ship by most other
methods-if you have special requirements, just let us know and we will
provide you with a price quote.
45 RPM RECORDS-45 rpm records only,
1/2 the above LP rates-sent First Class mail
78 RPM RECORDS-78 rpm records only,
add 2.00 to the LP rate for special packaging requirements, extra weight, and
insurance.
Please note, all 78 rpm record
shipments MUST be insured, see below for rates.

INSURANCE
|

Please
remember that our responsibility ends when we bring your order to the post office or other designated carrier for shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
The cost is nominal, just $1.30 for
up to $50.00 in value, 2.30 from 50.00- $100.00 in value, and 1.10 per
$100.00 in value thereafter up to a maximum of $500.00.
Please Note: Insured shipments of
$100.00 or more must be signed for upon receipt.

Overseas
customers can email or fax your order to us and we will confirm the
availability of your selections and inform you of the shipping cost by air
and surface mail, and the cost of insurance, if you would like to insure your order, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments

Our principal overseas carrier is the US Postal Service
First Class Mail International air rate (formerly Letter Post Air) for most shipments under 4 lbs., and Priority Mail International (formerly Parcel Post Air) for larger shipments.
Economy surface mail has been discontinued by the USPS as of 5/14/07.
One record to Canada or Mexico is 5.00, any other country is 12.00. Larger orders quoted in you acknowledgement email.

If you email your card number, send
it in 2 separate emails and split the numbers. We also accept Western Union wire transfers and International
money orders.
If you have any special declaration
notations that you require on the customs transmittal form, please advise us
when you place your order.
International air shipments usually take
5-10 days to your country's customs terminal, and customs clearance time
varies by country. Surface
shipments take 4-6 weeks to most countries.
